GloriaFood is shutting down. Meet your Canadian alternative.
Looking for a GloriaFood alternative? Oracle is retiring the platform on April 30, 2027. Dine Local is the fully managed, zero-commission replacement for Canadian restaurants: we rebuild your menu, we run the tech, you keep taking orders.
What is happening with GloriaFood
This is not a pricing change or a plan reshuffle. Oracle is retiring the entire platform, and every service you rely on goes offline on the same date.
End of life: April 30, 2027
Oracle has assigned the entire GloriaFood product line end-of-life status. On the last date of service, the ordering widget, table QR codes, online payments, promotional add-ons, and the admin panel itself all go offline.
No replacement from Oracle
Oracle does not offer a successor product, a migration programme, or official vendor recommendations. New sign-ups are already closed, and existing accounts are supported only until the shutdown.
Your ordering links go dead
The "Order" button on your website, your Facebook and Instagram smartlinks, and every printed table QR code stop working the day the platform shuts down.
Your data window is now
Menu, customer, and order-history exports are only available inside the GloriaFood admin panel until April 30, 2027. Anything not exported before that date is gone permanently.
Export your GloriaFood data now
Do not wait until you have picked a replacement. Your exports are only available while the platform is still online, so grab them today even if you are still deciding.
What to export
- Menu items, categories, modifiers, and pricing
- Customer database (names, emails, phone numbers)
- Order history
- Delivery zone configuration
- Promotions setup
When to move
Migrating roughly six months before the deadline leaves comfortable time for a menu rebuild, staff training, and running the new platform in parallel with the old one. Switching early also means your ordering links never go dark.
Everything GloriaFood did, managed for you
Dine Local covers the same ground as GloriaFood, with two upgrades: it is fully managed by our team, and it was built for Canadian restaurants from day one.

About reservations: Dine Local does not run a reservations service. Your managed website integrates with any online reservation platform you choose, and we will recommend one based on your volumes and requirements.
How switching works
A managed migration, not a DIY project. Three steps and you are live well before the deadline.
1. Export your data
Download your menu, customer list, and order history from the GloriaFood admin panel while it is still available. Not sure what to grab? We will walk you through it.
2. We rebuild everything
We recreate your menu, build your managed website, and configure ordering and delivery. There is nothing to learn and no software to manage: you just take orders.
3. Go live in parallel
Launch your new ordering page and test it alongside GloriaFood well before the deadline. Your customers never see a gap in service.
Why restaurants choose Dine Local
GloriaFood was a self-serve tool you had to learn and manage. Dine Local is a fully managed digital partner: we build it, we maintain it, you profit from it.
Zero commissions
Flat monthly pricing with no commissions and no hidden customer service fees. Your guests pay the same price online as they do in your dining room.
Fully managed
Menu changes, content updates, events, and new pages are all handled for you at no extra cost. No DIY builder, no hourly web developer.
Proudly Canadian
Built for independent Canadian restaurants and supported by a local team that answers fast, in your time zone.
Built to grow with you
Alcohol delivery with ID checks, catering and long lead-time items, group ordering, Order with Google, and multi-location or ghost kitchen support.
Switching FAQs
No, Dine Local does not operate a reservations service. Your managed website is built to integrate with any online reservation platform you choose, and we will recommend a platform based on your volumes and requirements, then wire it into your site for you.
Yes. Export your menu (items, categories, modifiers, and pricing) from the GloriaFood admin panel and send it to us. We rebuild it on Dine Local as part of your fully managed onboarding, so there is nothing for you to configure.
Your customer export (names, emails, and phone numbers) belongs to you. We can load it into your managed site and connect it to our MailChimp integration so your marketing list moves with you. Customer data on Dine Local is always yours to keep and export.
Partnerships are flat monthly or annual pricing with zero commissions and no hidden customer service fees, starting at $75/month for core ordering. A fully managed website is included from $100/month. See current rates on our pricing page.
Dine Local replaces your online ordering and website layer, not your in-house point of sale. Keep the POS you already use: online orders arrive through the Dine Local tablet or dashboard, separate from your till.
Oracle's last date of service is April 30, 2027, and menu, customer, and order-history exports stop working on that date. Migrating roughly six months ahead leaves comfortable time for the menu rebuild, staff training, and parallel testing.
